  • Detailed Day of timeline to include the coordination of entrance, speeches, dances, toasts, cake cutting, bouquet toss and any other additional formalities that may be included.

  • Confirmation of all vendors three weeks prior to event and again one week prior to event. Distribution of time line and final questions answered

  • Follow up to the baptism list

  • Assistance with table seating chart

  • Distribution of all final payments and gratuities to all vendors the night of the event.
